By downloading, installing, or using Pastr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Pastr is a clipboard history manager for macOS that allows users to:

• Access clipboard history through a pop-up panel
• Search through previously copied items
• Pin frequently used items for quick access
• Sync pinned items across devices via iCloud
• Customize keyboard shortcuts and preferences

Pastr requires:

• macOS 26.1 (Tahoe) or later
• Accessibility permissions for paste functionality
• iCloud account (optional, for syncing pinned items across devices)

Pastr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms of service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

You agree to use Pastr responsibly and not to:

• Use the App to store or distribute malicious content
• Attempt to circumvent the App's security features
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how Pastr handles your data.

In summary:

• Clipboard history is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, access, or transmit your clipboard data
• Pinned items may sync via your personal iCloud account
• Sensitive content from password managers is automatically excluded

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pastr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Pastr name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Pastr.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pastr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or clipboard content
• Loss of productivity
• Interruption of service or App unavailability
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. These updates may be required for continued use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You may stop using Pastr at any time by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling will remove all local data stored by the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
